The challenge
When Green Box moved their production of prefabricated bath cabins to a new production site, the lighting was problematic. The old fluorescent tubes hanging up under the ceiling consumed too much power and they delivered a poor, yellowish light. Green Box produces quality products assembled manually and so the quality of the lighting was important for the production team. Thus, they were looking for a new lighting solution.
The solution
On the production floor, the fluorescent lighting was replaced by Neoline’s T8 LED tubes, which use the same mounting. The energy savings started right away and the production team was very satisfied with the new lighting. For the warehouse, where the activity is varying, Neoline delivered Neolight 1500 LED fixtures with motion sensors, maximizing the energy savings.
